If you are thinking about becoming a beekeeper or have already bought bees and need advice then this training is for you.

Product Information

We go through the most important steps together so that you can start with confidence keeping your own bees.

Preferably we take you to our own apiary so that you can experience and see the bees. Or it is possible to do this in your home if you already have bees. 
We want to inspire you to become a beekeeper for the love of bees.

Beginners course

This beginners training is in 2 parts. 
The first part takes 2 hours and we are talking about the following points:
How to set up your Apiary
The functioning of the bee colony
Inspections of the bee colony
How to find your Queen

The second part takes 2 hours and we are talking about the following points:
Disease inspections
Swarm and disease prevention
How and when to make a split
How and when to make honey

The beginners course can be given in 1 day or on 2 different days.
Maximum two people allowed during class. Price is per person and includes workbook.
