Our lavender honey is a true treasure from the Tejo Natural Park. Nestled in the heart of Portugal in the biological region of Idanha a Nova, this protected area is home to a rich diversity of flora and fauna. 

The bees collect nectar from the delicate lavender flowers that bloom each spring, creating a honey with a light, floral aroma and a subtle sweetness. 

Our honey is raw and unpasteurized preserving all of its natural goodness.
